Vinification
After a manual harvest, the grapes were crushed for fermentation in
stainless steel tanks or non-reactive epoxy- lined cement tank. A cold
maceration during 3 days at 12?C, helped the extraction of the color and
aroma. the wine had its alcoholic fermentation. The wine was then aged
for 6 months at the cellar and before bottling was cold stabilized with one
slight earth filtration
Tasting Note
This wine has a beautiful cherry color and intense evocation of fresh red
fruts (strawberries and raspberries) on the nose. It is soft in the mouth,
very pleasant and with light tannin structure.

It is goood complemento to all kinds of seasoned meats, paella and fish
